The box showed up in good shape, and everything inside was packed neatly. I’m particular about packaging, especially with anything that could leak, but this met my standards. No spills, no mess, no issues at all

I ordered a few things from Pete & Pedro and the products were fine overall, no real complaints there. But the shipping was slow, like around 10-14 days or so, and I didn’t get much in the way of updates. It’s kind of frustrating when you pay for something and then just sit around waiting without knowing what’s going on.

I don’t know, the ingredients just feel kind of cheap to me. Seems like every product now is cutting corners and using lower-quality stuff, and this one gave me that same vibe. I wasn’t really impressed.

I picked up a couple of things from Pete and Pedro, and the scent is probably my favorite part. It’s clean and fresh without smelling like some cheap cologne, and my wife actually noticed it too, which was a nice bonus. That said, I’m not 100% sure about the overall quality yet since the scent seems to fade a little quicker than I’d like during the day. Still, I’ve been happy with it so far. I’d give it 4 stars

I really appreciate that Pete & Pedro has a good range of stuff without making it feel like I need to spend half my day figuring out what to buy. Some sites just throw a million products at you and it’s annoying, but here the hair products, beard stuff, cologne, and even basics like shampoo are actually easy to find.
I’ve tried a few different things now, and it’s kind of a relief being able to grab everything in one place instead of bouncing between brands and tabs like usual. The selection is solid, and for once it doesn’t feel like shopping for grooming stuff has to be a whole project.

I was ready for the usual annoying checkout mess, but this site was actually easy to use. Ordering was quick, simple, and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of ridiculous hoops for once

I really wanted to like this, but the texture just felt weird to me. It was too sticky and had this kind of rough feel that I couldn’t get past. When I mentioned it, I felt a bit dismissed, like it was just me being picky, but it made the product hard for me to enjoy.

I was really hoping customer service would be more helpful, but it was kind of a letdown. When I reached out, the replies felt generic, like, “we understand your concern” and “there’s not much we can do,” without actually giving me a real solution. I wasn’t expecting anything huge, just some clear help, but I left the conversation more frustrated than when I started.

It’s been worth the price so far. I feel like I’m getting decent value for what I’m paying, but if the cost goes up or the quality drops, I’d probably start looking elsewhere.

I tried this paste it was nice to use at first. It goes in easy and my hair looked decent in the morning. But then by the afternoon it kind of just gave up and went flat, which was a little annoying. I mean, it’s not terrible or anything, and I’d probably use it again in a pinch, but I was expecting a stronger hold.

I’ve been using their hair clay for a bit now, i’m impressed. I’m usually kind of lazy with my hair and I’ll blame being rushed in the morning, but this stuff makes it easy. It has a good hold, doesn’t feel gross or heavy, and my hair still looks decent later in the day. Quality feels better than a lot of the other ones I’ve tried
